SYNOPSIS: Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.

Weather: Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms will be experienced over Northern Samar due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) which may cause flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains. Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms is expected over Bicol Region, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon due to Localized Thunderstorms which may cause flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds coming from East to Northeast will prevail and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

Moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Marinduque(Gasan, Buenavista, Torrijos), Romblon(Concepcion, Banton, Corcuera), (Baco, SanTeodoro, , Gloria, Bansud, Bulalacao, Bongabong, Roxas and Mansalay) within the next 1 to 2 hours.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides.

It is moving Northward at 15 km/h.

Weather: Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorm due to the trough of typhoon UWAN will be experienced over Camarines Norte , Camarines Sur , Albay , Sorsogon , Catanduanes , Mindoro , Marinduque , and Romblon . Flash Floods Or landslide are possible due to moderate to at times heavy rains .
