SYNOPSIS: Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.

Weather: Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms will be experienced over Northern Samar due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) which may cause flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains. Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms is expected over Bicol Region, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon due to Localized Thunderstorms which may cause flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds coming from East to Northeast will prevail and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

Moderate to occasionally heavy rains are expected over CamarinesNorte(Mercedes, Basud, SanLorenzoRuiz, SanVicente, Daet, Talisay, Labo, Vinzons, Paracale, JosePanganiban), Catanduanes(Bato, Virac, SanAndres, Baras, SanMiguel), (Bulalacao, Mansalay, Roxas, Bongabong), CamarinesSur(Buhi, IrigaCity, Nabua, Bato, Balatan, Sagñay, Baao, Bula, SanFernando, Minalabac, NagaCity, Camaligan, Milaor, Pili, Ocampo, Tigaon, Caramoan, Presentacion, Lagonoy, SanJose, Goa, Tinambac, Siruma, Garchitorena), NorthernSamar(Laoang, Mondragon, SanRoque, Pambujan, Catarman, LopeDeVega, Bobon, SanJose, Victoria, SanIsidro, SanAntonio, Capul, SanVicente, Lavezares, Allen, Rosario, Biri), Sorsogon(Barcelona, Bulusan, SantaMagdalena, Matnog), Masbate(Milagros, Mandaon, Balud, Dimasalang, Palanas, Cataingan, PioV.Corpuz, Esperanza, Placer, Cawayan) and Marinduque within the next 2 to 3 hours.

The above conditions are being experienced in Albay, Masbate(SanPascual, Claveria, Monreal, SanJacinto, SanFernando, Batuan, Aroroy, Baleno, CityOfMasbate, Uson, Mobo), Sorsogon(PrietoDiaz, CityOfSorsogon, Castilla, Pilar, Donsol, Gubat, Casiguran, Juban, Magallanes, Bulan, Irosin), CamarinesSur(Sipocot, Libmanan, Lupi, Ragay, DelGallego, Cabusao, Calabanga, Bombon, Magarao, Canaman, Gainza, Pamplona, Pasacao), (Victoria, Naujan, Pola, CityOfCalapan, Baco, SanTeodoro, , Socorro, Pinamalayan, Gloria, Bansud), NorthernSamar(Gamay, Lapinig, Mapanas, Palapag, Catubig, LasNavas, SilvinoLobos) and Romblon which may persist within 2 to 3 hours and may affect nearby areas.

Moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Marinduque(Gasan, Buenavista, Torrijos), Romblon(Concepcion, Banton, Corcuera), (Baco, SanTeodoro, , Gloria, Bansud, Bulalacao, Bongabong, Roxas and Mansalay) within the next 1 to 2 hours.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides.

It is moving Northeastward at 25 km/h. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao.

Weather: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the Localized Thunderstorms will be experienced over Bicol Region, , Marinduque, Romblon and Northern Samar. SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Typhoon "UWAN" {FUNG-WONG} was estimated based on all available data at 290 km West Northwest of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte or 355 km West of Calayan, Cagayan (19.4°N, 118.1°E) (Outside PAR) with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 150 km/h. It is moving Northward at 15 km/h.

Weather: Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorm due to the trough of typhoon UWAN will be experienced over Camarines Norte , Camarines Sur , Albay , Sorsogon , Catanduanes , Mindoro , Marinduque , and Romblon . Flash Floods Or landslide are possible due to moderate to at times heavy rains . Meanwhile partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorm due to localized thunderstorm are expected over Northern Samar and Masbate . flash floods or landslides are possible during severe thunderstorm . Moderate to strong winds coming from the southwest will prevail , and the southwest will prevail , and coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
