The Government Procurement Policy Board - Technical Support Office (GPPB-TSO) is currently drafting the Guidelines on Award Selection Criteria pursuant to Section 49 of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009, or the “New Government Procurement Act,” and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
