LOOK | ADSPPO Holds Monday Flag Raising Ceremony!
Camp Democrito O. Plaza, Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur – The Agusan del Sur Police Provincial Office (ADSPPO), under the leadership of Provincial Director PCol Yahya Bustamante Yusup, conducted the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony on August 24, 2026, at the ADSPPO Parade Ground. The activity was sponsored by the Provincial Finance Office.
During the ceremony, Certificates of Commendation were awarded to the top-performing police units and personnel for the period of August 17-23, 2026, in recognition of their outstanding operational accomplishments and unwavering commitment to police service.
The following were recognized as Top-Performing Units:
San Francisco Municipal Police Station (MPS) – Top 1 Performing Police Station under Highly Urbanized Municipalities;
Loreto Municipal Police Station (MPS) – Top 1 Performing Police Station under Rural Municipalities; and
2nd Agusan del Sur Police Mobile Force Company (ADS PMFC) – Top 1 Performing Provincial Maneuver Force Company.
Likewise, a Certificate of Commendation was awarded to PMSg Emma P Castro Top Performing Unit Finance PNCO of Sibagat MPS, covering the period of August 17-23, 2026. In her message, she reminded of our shared commitment to integrity, service and duty
The ceremony concluded with the singing of the PNP Lingkod Ng Bayan Hymn, the recitation of the PNP Mantra, and a photo opportunity with the awardees and members of the Provincial Staff.
