Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, and direct supervision of FCINSP ERIC A CARAMOAN, MPA, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, Sorsogon, headed by FINSP OWEN G FUNTANARES, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, Prieto Diaz Fire Station conduct the Troop Information and Education Program every Monday as part of the stationโ€™s 7 Modes of Daily Activities, with FO1 Sweetzell May P Burton as the assigned speaker.

The activity keeps personnel informed and prepared by providing updates, reminders and important information related to their duties. It also allows the outgoing duty personnel to properly pass on their tasks, responsibilities and other important matters to the incoming personnel, so work can continue smoothly and the station can remain ready at all times.

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, and direct supervision of FCINSP ERIC A CARAMOAN, MPA, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, Sorsogon, headed by FINSP OWEN G FUNTANARES, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, Prieto Diaz Fire Station observe every Saturday as ๐‚๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐†๐ซ๐ž๐ž๐ง ๐ƒ๐š๐ฒ and Rural-Urban Agriculture and Green Initiatives Day, as part of the stationโ€™s 7 Modes of Daily Activities.

Every Saturday, personnel clean and organize the fire station while also conducting Rural-Urban Agriculture and Green Initiatives (formerly HAPAG). Through this activity, personnel plant and care for fruits and vegetables within the station premises to help promote food sustainability, environmental care and a greener workplace.

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, and direct supervision of FCINSP ERIC A CARAMOAN, MPA, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, Sorsogon, headed by FINSP OWEN G FUNTANARES, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, Prieto Diaz Fire Station continues to observe every Thursday as Skills Enhancement Day, as part of the stationโ€™s 7 Modes of Daily Activities.

As part of the activity, personnel regularly conduct practical drills and refresher exercises to keep their firefighting skills sharp. This includes practicing the use of turrets and timed hose evolutions, such as rapid deployment, line advancement and reloading of the firetruck together with the crew.

Through the continued observance of this weekly activity, the station ensures that skills are regularly practiced and personnel remain ready to perform their duties when needed.

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, and direct supervision of FCINSP ERIC A CARAMOAN, MPA, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, Sorsogon, headed by FINSP OWEN G FUNTANARES, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, Prieto Diaz Fire Station observes every Wednesday of each month as Firetruck and Equipment Day, as part of the stationโ€™s 7 Modes of Daily Activities.

During Wednesdays, personnel continuously conduct the cleaning, inspection, maintenance and inventory of fire trucks, firefighting equipment, rescue tools and other station resources. This regular activity helps keep the equipment clean, in good condition and ready for use during fire incidents, rescue operations and other emergencies.

Through this regular activity, Prieto Diaz Fire Station continues to maintain its equipment and strengthen its readiness to respond whenever the community needs assistance.
