LEGIT CHECK?

The public can now search if the DTI Business Name (BN) Certificate sent by the supplier is officially in the Business Name Registration database of the DTI. Just visit https://bnrs.dti.gov.ph, go to "Business Name Services", tap "Search", then input required information from the certificate given.

However, a reminder to the public that a BN registration is not a license to operate a business. There is a need to further secure permit to operate from LGUs and licenses from other government agencies.
