The Association of Tourism Officers of Sultan Kudarat brought pride to the province after earning multiple prestigious recognitions during the SOX Tourism L.E.A.D. Program: Leadership Essentials for Adaptive Destination Management held on March 26, 2026, in Koronadal City, South Cotabato.

The group was awarded the ๐†๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ ๐•๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐€๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ for presenting the ๐๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐“๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฆ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐€๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ฅ๐š๐ง, and the ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ญ ๐€๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ for delivering the ๐Œ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ˆ๐ง๐œ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐€๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ฅ๐š๐ง, highlighting their commitment to strategic and people-centered tourism development.

Demonstrating unity and strong collaboration, the association also received the ๐…๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐‡๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ž ๐€๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ ๐จ๐ซ ๐’๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐ƒ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง for achieving complete attendance of tourism officers from all municipalities of Sultan Kudarat.

Adding to the accolades, Meliton Lavilles of the Municipality of Lutayan was recognized with an ๐„๐ฑ๐œ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐€๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ for his outstanding performance during the training.

These recognitions affirm Sultan Kudaratโ€™s growing leadership in adaptive, inclusive, and collaborative tourism development in the SOCCSKSARGEN region.

The Municipality of President Quirino led by Mayor Katrina Florida Sandigan, proudly showcased its active participation in the 4-day activity of the Association of Tourism Officers of Sultan Kudarat, held in Lebak and Kalamansig, through the President Quirino Tourism Office headed by Maโ€™am Ruth Ann Mateo-Lozano Umoquit.

The activity featured a blend of learning and service, including training sessions from DOT XII, an outreach program, a tree-growing initiative, coastal clean-up drive, and the 2nd Quarter Meeting of the associationโ€”strengthening both professional growth and community impact.

The ATOSK extends their grateful appreciation to the generous donation from Mayor Sandigan, which played a vital role in the success of the outreach activity. Her unwavering support and commitment to community welfare truly embody the spirit of public service and bayanihan.
