Karera sa Dagat (Motorized and Non-Motorized)

The Municipality of Presentacion, Camarines Sur proudly announces that, as part of the celebration of the 10th Abaca Festival, it will host one boat-racing tournament to be known as the Karera sa Dagat on 𝟏𝟑 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, exact time and place to be announced.

The Karera sa Dagat shall be conducted in accordance with the laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the Organizing Committee thereof.

The following shall serve as the prevailing mechanics for the tournament:

1.Open to officially registered participants from the municipality.
2.Boats must pass safety inspection prior to race day.
3.Participants shall wear life vests and comply with safety requirements.
4.Categories may include:
Paddle Boat Race- saragwanan
Motorized Banca for Fishing
Motorized Banca for Fishing
5.Winners shall be determined based on speed and compliance with race rules.
6.MDRRMO shall oversee emergency and rescue preparedness.

The Municipality of Presentacion, Camarines Sur proudly announces that, as part of the celebration of the 10th Abaca Festival, it will host one volleyball tournament to be known as the Mayor Deleña Volleyball League 2026 on 𝟏𝟒 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, exact time to be announced, at the 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙩, 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙, 𝘽𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙩, 𝙕𝙤𝙣𝙚 5, 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮 𝙎𝙩𝙖. 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖, 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝙎𝙪𝙧.

The Mayor Deleña Volleyball League 2026 shall be conducted in accordance with the laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the Organizing Committee thereof.

The following shall serve as the prevailing mechanics for the tournament:

MAYOR DELEŇA VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE 2026 (1-Day League)

GUIDELINES
1.Each Team will consist of boys and gilrs, a maximum of twelve (12) players and along with them is a Team Manager (optional), Head Coach (required), and Assistant Coach (optional).
2. The registration is open for all interested group in every barangay here in Presentacion, Camarines Sur and must present any Government issued ID or School/University ID.
3.A player should only be included in one roster/line-up.
4.Changing and adding of players is prohibited when the selection committees scrutinize the necessary documents.
5.There will be a 5-minutes defaulting time that will be observed in each game.
6.Player/s who did not present/played in the Elimination Round shall not allowed to play in the Semis and Final Round.
7.You can fill in the maximum of 2 liberos per game. Provided that they are included in the official line up. Libero/s can be converted into a regular player provided that the team captain will inform the referee and the officiating officials before the start of game. A Libero must wear a different color of uniform.
8.Any player or coach under the influence of alcohol or any prohibited drug will not be allowed to play.
9.A courteous attitude and good sportsmanship are expected to observe at all times.
10.Red and yellow cards will be awarded to players/coaches by the referee show unpleasant manner towards the referee, officials, opponents and even to his team that may lead to ejection from the game.
11.All teams must observe and strictly follow the rules and regulations of the tournament.
12.Referees’ decisions are final and executory.
13.Any rules not mentioned must always be at the discretion of the committee.

SCORING
1.For the elimination, quarter finals and semi-final games, the scoring system that will be adopted a modified scoring system, 30 points. 15 points change court.
2.For the Finals (Battle for Silver) and (Battle for Gold), the scoring system that will be adopted is best of 3 sets, 25 points for the 1st to 2nd sets. And 15 points, if there will be playing of 3rd set.

Inter-Barangay Zumba Competition

The Municipality of Presentacion, Camarines Sur proudly announces that, as part of the celebration of the 10th Abaca Festival, it will host one dancing competition to be known as the Inter-Barangay Zumba Competition on 𝟏𝟖 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, exact time to be announced, at the 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙩, 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙, 𝘽𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙩, 𝙕𝙤𝙣𝙚 5, 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮 𝙎𝙩𝙖. 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖, 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝙎𝙪𝙧.

The Inter-Barangay Zumba Competition shall be conducted in accordance with the laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the Organizing Committee thereof.

The following shall serve as the prevailing mechanics for the dance contest:

Qualifications and Mechanics
1.Each group shall consist of not less than 15 members and the maximum of 20
either boy & girls, Of legal age.
2. Participants must be residents of barangay they are representing.
3. Participants must be physically fit, and
4. Only one (1) group per barangay is allowed

Guidelines

1.The Participating group must be complete during the presentation; automatic disqualification shall be imposed to those lacking or over number of members.

2.The Participating group shall submit their music two (2) days before the competition, failure to do so may a ground for disqualification.

3.Music and choreography should be wholesome and lively, and must not contain any subliminal, sexually suggestive or vulgar lyrics, language or acts

4.The group contest should contain at least 60 % in modernized/ stylized music and is fast, modern tempo.

5.The performance must be at least ten (10) minutes long: 4 minutes for the warm-up dance, yells and six (6) minutes for contest piece. However, each group will be given two (2) minutes to prepare and set-up any props or equipment needed on stage/performance area.

6.The use of props will be allowed as long as it does not cause any delay in the program or any harm to the performance of other groups.

7. Appropriate clothing should be observed throughout the competition. Attire may include accessories such as hats, caps, gloves, scarves, and jewelries. Removing pieces of clothing during the performance is allowed provided that it is not offensive or out of the character.

8. Appropriate action should be observed during the performance.

Criteria for Judging (Total of 100 points)

Choreography: 40 pts

Mastery and Ex*****on: 30 pts

Choice of music and costume: 20 pts

Audience Impact: 10 pts
