We sincerely apologize to some unnecessary situations in this resort... rest assured that whatever shortcomings we made will serve as lessons for our improvement..again, sorry if there's some disappointments...( may misunderstanding lang po siguro na di napag usapan ng maayos).we will make sure that anything not proper will not be repeated.
