ANNOUNCEMENT: ARAL SUMMER PROGRAM 2026 ☀️📖🔢

In line with Republic Act No. 12028 (ARAL Program Act), DON BENITO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL is officially opening its doors for the ARAL Summer Reading and Math Program! Our goal is to ensure that every learner is grade-level ready and confident for the next school year. We are here to bridge the gaps and level up your child’s skills in Literacy and Numeracy!

Interested individuals who wish to become ARAL Volunteers are encouraged to submit the required documents to the Office of the School Principal 📝

🗓️ Schedule: May 6 – June 2, 2026
*️⃣Monday to Thursday - Onsite classes
🕐 2 hours per session (Reading and Math Intervention)
*️⃣Friday - Home Learning Session

Our school continues to grow and improve through the collective efforts of our community. The extension of our school stage roofing, made possible by the proceeds of Intramurals 2025, now provides a wider and more secure venue for school activities.

The installation of the stage spandrel ceiling, funded through the Children’s Festival 2026, adds both comfort and elegance to our stage—perfect for showcasing the talents of our learners.

Meanwhile, the continuous improvement of our Balete Park, made possible through the generosity of Mr. Wilfredo Inocencio and the PTA Fee for SY 2025–2026, brings a refreshing and vibrant space for everyone to enjoy.

These achievements are a testament to what unity, support, and shared vision can accomplish.

With hearts full of pride and joy, the Don Benito Elementary School celebrated the Graduation, Moving Up, and Recognition Ceremonies 2026 on March 31, 2026 with the theme “Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character”.

From tiny steps to giant leaps, our learners have shown resilience, courage, and determination. Today, they rise—ready to chase dreams, conquer challenges, and make a difference in the world.

On March 27, 2026, the Don Benito Elementary School was filled with excitement as the Kindergarten and elementary graduates received free haircuts generously sponsored by Kagawad Benito “Balot” Rosal. Free haircuts were also extended to all learners of DBES and some high school students. This thoughtful gesture not only gave the learners a neat and polished look but also boosted their confidence as they step into a new chapter of their journey.

From simple trims to stylish transformations, every snip was made with care and kindness—proving that even small acts can make a big difference.

On March 9, 2026, hearts and stomachs were filled as Don Benito Elementary School conducted a meaningful School Feeding Activity made possible through the generosity of Kagawad Ryan B. Emocling.

Through this act of kindness, our learners were given not only nutritious meals but also a reminder that the community stands behind them in their journey to grow, learn, and succeed.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Kagawad Ryan B. Emocling for sharing his blessings and supporting the health and well-being of our learners. Your generosity truly makes a difference.

The Don Benito Elementary School burst with energy and excitement as it celebrated the Children’s Festival 2026 on March 6, 2026—a day dedicated to the joy, talents, and brilliance of every learner.

The highlight of the celebration was the much-awaited coronation of Mr. and Miss Don Benito Elementary School, with Dr. Neil V. Gavina, public schools district supervisor, as the crowning guest, where young kings and queens shined with confidence, charm, and pride.

Adding more vibrance to the celebration was the spectacular mass demonstration of learners from Kindergarten to Grade 6, showcasing synchronized moves, creativity, and teamwork that filled the grounds with applause and admiration.

With hearts full of gratitude, the Don Benito Elementary School extends its sincerest thanks to Mr. Rodrigo Tambalgue, an alumnus and Municipal Federated PTA President for his generous donation of 1 load of washed sand and 1 load of gravel.

Because of his kindness and unwavering support and through the collaborative effort of Grade 2 HPTA Officers, our Mini-Forest Park continues to bloom beautifully—earning 2nd Place in the District Evaluation and proudly advancing as a Division Qualifier.

Your contribution is more than just materials; it is a foundation of hope, growth, and community spirit. Thank you for helping our school build not just a park, but a greener and brighter future for our learners.

Last February 5, 2026, the Don Benito Elementary School proudly welcomed the Alcala District evaluators for the evaluation of our Oh Gulay, School Canteen, and Mini-Forest Park.

A meaningful day of learning, sharing best practices, and strengthening our commitment to a greener environment, healthier learners, and quality school services.

After 10 years of sharing blessing to DBES, Mr. Wilfredo Inocencio, a proud alumnus of Batch 1960 returns to his elementary school-not just with memories, but with generosity. A true testament that once a learner, always part of the school's heart.
