• Wednesday – Work From Home from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN; Work Suspension from 12:01 PM to 5:00 PM, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 116
• Thursday and Friday – Office Closed (Holy Week)

Please be informed that all online payments and payment inquiries will be attended to upon our return to the office on Monday, April 6, 2026. Regular office operations will resume on the said date.

The 20% discount for 2026 advance payments is available only until December 15 (Monday).

Payments made after December 15 will be processed starting January 2026 and will be adjusted with the 10% discount.

The 10% discount will be available from January to March 2026.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

The Municipality of Porac, Pampanga through the Office of the Municipal Treasurer informs all Real Property Owners that the following discounts shall be granted for Real Property Tax (RPT) payments for the year 2026:

🔹 20% Discount – for Advance Payments made from October 1 to December 15, 2025
🔹 10% Discount – for Prompt Payments made from January 2 to March 31, 2026
🔹 Late Payments made after March 31, 2026 shall no longer be entitled to discounts and shall be subject to corresponding penalties.

For assessment and further inquiries, please message us first before proceeding with your payment.
