7. Physically fit and able, and willing to do fieldwork, and if female, must not be pregnant;
8. With good moral character;
9. With the ability to deal with the public tactfully and can speak in the local dialect;
10. Willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays and holidays and beyond 5:00 pm if necessary;
11. With no existing work contract and pending applications with other offices/agencies, and
12. Must be fully vaccinated.
