𝘎𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘚𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘰𝘴 𝘊𝘪𝘵𝘺 - The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) Regional Office XII led the 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐌𝐎𝐀) together with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) XII, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) XII, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) XII, and the local government units of General Santos City, South Cotabato, and Sarangani Province.

The signing took place last 𝟐𝟕 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 at the 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥, 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐬 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 and was attended by key government officials, including Undersecretary for Licensing and Adjudication Bernard P. Olalia and Labor Attaché Herminigildo L. Daytoc, witnessing the commitment to strengthen inter-agency coordination for the welfare of OFWs and their families. All eleven (11) municipalities of South Cotabato, including the Provincial Government Office, were present and demonstrated their full support for the event. From the SarGen Area, the participating LGUs included General Santos City and the municipalities of Kiamba, Maasim, Alabel, Maitum, Malungon, and Glan.
