Qualifications:
1. Male/Female, 18 years old & Above
2. Resident of Barangay Silway-8
3. College level or College graduate

3rd place Roadside Beautification.
3rd Best Basic facility.
3rd place Best information Education Campaign Initiative.
And to Purok Honeyville for being a 3rd place for best in purok.
