As another school year begins, we are happy to announce that through the initiative of our Committee on Education, Hon. Kimberly Mae A. Hollera, the Enrollment Cash Assistance Program (ECAP) is now accepting applicants for Elementary, Junior High, Senior High, and College Level.
The Enrollment Cash Assistance Program (ECAP) aims to provide financial support to students from low-income families, helping to cover enrollment-related expenses and promoting educational continuity from elementary to college levels within the barangay.
Application Process
Students must submit the following to the Office of the Barangay:
β’ Completed Application Form from the Office of the Barangay.
β’ Photocopy of Birth Certificate
β’ Certificate of Indigency from their Purok.
β’ Certificate of Enrollment or Proof of Enrollment from their school.
β’ Photocopy of Previous School Year Report Card with a General Average not less than 83.
β’ Photocopy of Cedula of Parent/Guardian.
β’ Applications will be screened and verified by the Barangay ECAP Committee.
You may get the application form and submit your requirements starting on May 25-29, 2026, at the Barangay Hall. Late submissions will not be accepted. Initial application will be accepted but it is highly recommended to submit the requirements completely. Incomplete requirements must be submitted not later than June 5, 2026. Incomplete application documents later than the said date will be automatically forfeited.
