Convergence Pola Oriental Mindoro Convergence strategy of the DSWD aims to intensify implementation of the three core programs for poverty alleviation.

We are Pola Convergence Team, composed of different DSWS programs such as the:

�Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program
�Modified Conditional Cash Transfer for Indigenous People
�Sustainable Livelihood Program
� KALAHI These are the Pantawid Pamilya, SLP, and KALAHI-CIDDS. Thru healthy collaboration, coordination and communication within the municipality of Pola, desired objectives will be attained in the nearest future.
