We’re excited to invite our young Pinamungajanons (15–30 years old) to take part in the Pinamungajan Youth Profiling and Assessment Study (PYPAS) 2024. Your opinion will help us understand the interests and needs of the Pinamungajan youth.

The PYPAS 2024 is conducted by the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation and the Local Youth Development Council in order to provide a framework that will serve as the basis in the formulation of policies and in the setting of priorities and direction of all youth promotion and development programs and activities in the municipality to be integrated into the Local Youth Development Plan (2025-2027).

This survey will take about 10 minutes to complete, and all your responses will be kept confidential. You can answer the survey through the link provided that is available from October 28 - November 8, 2024 only.

LOOK | The Municipal Conference Hall buzzed with activity today, as SK Chairpersons, SK Treasurers and SK BMOs from each Barangay gathered for a crucial formulation on the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) and the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP).

A big thanks to Atty. Jeffrey Lopez who provided a comprehensive overview of the CBYDP and ABYIP frameworks, emphasizing the importance of a participatory approach involving youth themselves in the planning process. He also shed light on the legal and policy context surrounding youth development, ensuring that SK officials understood their responsibilities and the legal framework within which they operate.

Congratulations to the Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines Pinamungajan Chapter for successfully registering their organization with the Pinamungajan Youth Development Council and the National Youth Commission Youth Organization Registration Program, or YORP!

The Youth Organization Registration Program is a program of the National Youth Commission (NYC) that facilitates the registration of youth and youth-serving organizations to ensure access and participation to NYC-initiated programs nationwide. Through the nationwide registration, NYC links up with youth to provide a meaningful and active participation in its programs.
