We would like to respectfully share an important update regarding the Netizenโ€™s Choice โ€“ Male Category of the Mr. and Miss Eco-Fashion Show 2026, held on September 5, 2026.

As part of our responsibility as the Organizing Committee, we conducted a post-event review and verification after a valid concern was raised regarding the authenticity and fairness of the online reactions received. While we understand that this decision may be difficult and disappointing, we believe that it is our responsibility to listen to concerns, review them carefully, and take the necessary action to protect the integrity, fairness, and credibility of the competition.

After careful discussion and review, the Committee has decided to waive the original Netizenโ€™s Choice result and recognize John Daryl Quia-Ot as the Special Award Winner for the Male Category.

We also want to acknowledge our part as organizers. Had there been no concern raised, we would not have conducted a further review. However, because the concern was valid and deserved to be addressed fairly, we took the necessary steps to verify the matter and make a decision that we believe is fair to everyone.

To our original awardee, we sincerely apologize for any hurt, disappointment, or misunderstanding this decision may cause. This is not intended to discredit you, diminish your other achievements, or make a personal judgment against you. We genuinely appreciate your participation, effort, and contribution to the Mr. and Miss Eco-Fashion Show 2026.
