Ang Quisao Integrated National High School (QINHS) ay buong pusong nag-aanyaya sa lahat ng learners, parents, teachers, non-teaching personnel, at iba pang school stakeholders na makilahok sa ating Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill.

Date: November 5, 2026 (Thursday)
Time: 9:00 AM

Layunin ng gawaing ito na palakasin ang kahandaan, kaalaman, at tamang pagtugon ng bawat isa sa oras ng lindol. Sa pamamagitan ng sama-samang pakikilahok, mas mapapalawak natin ang ating kaalaman upang maprotektahan ang ating sarili at ang ating kapwa.

Tandaan ang 3 pangunahing hakbang kapag lumindol:
DUCK – Yumuko at ibaba ang iyong katawan. COVER – Sumilong sa ilalim ng matibay na mesa o desk at protektahan ang ulo at leeg.
HOLD – Kumapit sa matibay na kinapapailaliman hanggang tumigil ang pagyanig.
Huwag lamang manood makilahok, makiisa, at maging handa. Ang kaligtasan ay responsibilidad nating lahat. Sa simpleng pagsasanay ngayon, maaari tayong makapagsalba ng buhay bukas.
Sama-sama nating isulong ang isang ligtas na paaralan, ligtas na komunidad, at matatag na bansa!

Guidelines on Class Suspension In Connection with EXTREME HEAT (Deped Order no. 14.s.2026)

MANATILING LIGTAS SA GITNA NG MATINDING INIT.

PAALALA SA LAHAT NG LEARNERS, PARENTS, TEACHERS, AT SCHOOL PERSONNEL.

Bilang bahagi ng ating paghahanda sa matinding init ng panahon, hinihikayat ang lahat na maging alerto at sundin ang mga kinakailangang hakbang upang mapangalagaan ang kalusugan at kaligtasan ng bawat isa.

Ayon sa Extreme Heat Outlook Rizal Schools Division Office, mahalagang paghandaan ang mataas na heat index at maging maagap sa pagpapatupad ng mga hakbang pangkaligtasan.

CAUTION (27–32°C)
Uminom ng sapat na tubig.
Magsuot ng magaan at preskong damit.
Magpahinga nang regular.

EXTREME CAUTION (33–41°C)
Dagdagan ang water breaks.
Iwasan o limitahan ang mabibigat na gawaing panlabas.
Manatili sa may lilim at maaliwalas na lugar.

DANGER (42–51°C)
Iwasan o ipagpaliban ang nakapapagod na outdoor activities, lalo na sa pinakamainit na oras.
Bantayan ang mga palatandaan ng heat exhaustion at heat stroke.
Maging handa sa agarang pagtugon sa mga emergency.

EXTREME DANGER (52°C pataas)
Iwasan ang mga gawaing panlabas at sundin ang opisyal na safety advisories.
Unahin ang kaligtasan at agad humingi ng tulong medikal kung kinakailangan.

MAHALAGANG PAALALA:
Ang heat index classification ay gabay sa angkop na safety measures at hindi nangangahulugang awtomatikong suspendido ang klase. Sundin ang opisyal na anunsyo at mga direktiba ng kinauukulang awtoridad at ng paaralan.

Sa Quisao Integrated National High School, patuloy nating isinusulong ang ligtas na kapaligiran, pangangalaga sa kalusugan, at pagpapatuloy ng pagkatuto sa kabila ng matinding init.

QINHS JOINS THE SIMULTANEOUS FLAG-RAISING CEREMONY FOR NATIONAL SCHOOL SAFETY WEEK 2026

Quisao Integrated National High School (QINHS) joined the nationwide observance of National School Safety Week on October 12–16, 2026, officially kicking off the week-long initiative through the simultaneous Flag-Raising Ceremony on Monday, October 12, 2026.

In line with DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026, or the Guidelines on Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment (ESMLE), this observance aims to strengthen prevention mechanisms for learner protection, raise awareness of school safety protocols, and encourage active stakeholder participation in maintaining safe, inclusive, protective, and conducive learning environments.

Through this initiative, QINHS reaffirms its commitment to safeguarding the welfare of every learner and fostering a culture of safety, preparedness, respect, and shared responsibility among teachers, learners, parents, and the entire school community.
