Eligibility:
* Open Category - Open to all residents of Pili. Camarines Sur.
* There is no age limit - as long as you can confidently ramp and create your attire. vou are welcome to
Attire Requirements:
* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟWings can be pre made. made from indigenous materials. or any type of material.
* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟParticipants must ensure their wings are safe to wear and comfortable for ramping.
Registration:
* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟForms are available at the Barangay Hall of San Vicente
* ๏ปฟRegistration is FREE and open to unlimited participants.
Event Guidelines:
* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟParticipants must arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts for check-in.
* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟAll wings and costumes must be appropriate and respectful.
* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟAny misconduct. inappropriate behavior, or failure to follow event rules may result in disqualification.
Criteria for Judging:
Creativity and Uniqueness - 40%
The design should be original and visually striking. It must stand out and showcase the participant's creativity.
Craftsmanship and Quality - 30%
The wings should be well-made, sturdy, and neatly crafted. The overall quality must show effort and attention to detail.
Stage Presence and Confidence 20%
The participant should confidently walk and present their wings with style. Their performance should be engaging and full of energy.
Audience Impact - 10%
The participant should captivate and excite the audience. A strong reaction from the crowd will add to the overall impact.
