These innovations are more than projects—they are institutional game-changers. They reflect MLGOOs who do not simply comply with mandates, but reimagine processes, close governance gaps, and create sustainable mechanisms that produce measurable, lasting impact in their municipalities.

PRIME: Performance & Reports – Individual Monitoring for Effectiveness

DILG Camarines Sur Cluster 1 proudly recognized its Top 14 Field Officers through the PRIME Excellence Award, formally presented on March 26, 2026, at the DILG Provincial Office of Camarines Sur. The award reflects the official February 2026 performance ranking, highlighting Field Officers who demonstrated outstanding diligence and reliability in submitting reports ahead of time and on time.

Provincial Director Ray B. Caceres, CESO V and Cluster Head Engr. Jerwin Novio, Ph.D. led the awarding ceremony, commending the awardees for their strong performance.

All Top 14 Field Officers' performance impressively completed all reports required for the month of February, the distinctions in ranking were mainly driven by the timeliness of submissions, with several officers demonstrating exceptional promptness in meeting requirements.

📍 Barangay Visitation | Brgy. San Marcos, Camaligan
DILG Camaligan, through LGOO V Gelie B. Maniquiz, conducted a Barangay Visitation today, March 3, 2026, to ensure compliance with DILG-mandated programs.
The activity included monitoring of priority programs, inventory of barangay plans, and orientation on the iCAMSUR system to further strengthen local governance and reporting mechanisms.
DILG Camaligan continues to work closely with all barangays to promote transparency, accountability, and efficient public service at the grassroots level.

“Cluster 1 InfoBites” – Quick governance insights every month.

Ngayong araw, alamin ang mahahalagang kaalaman tungkol sa Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC).

Ang LCPC ay isang mahalagang mekanismo sa bawat LGU upang matiyak na ang mga karapatan, kapakanan, at proteksyon ng mga bata ay naisasama sa mga plano, programa, at serbisyo ng pamahalaang lokal.

Tuklasin sa mga slide na ito ang:
• sino ang mga batang saklaw ng proteksyon
• ang istruktura ng LCPC mula BCPC hanggang PCPC
• mahahalagang kinatawan sa konseho
• mga tungkulin ng bawat antas
• at ang LCPC functionality assessment system
