The Sangguniang Bayan Ng Pili conducted a Joint Regular Session (18th Regular Session) together with the Barangay Council of San Vicente thru Punong Barangay Hon. Lourdes E. Clavero in their 22nd Regular Session today November 14, 2022.

The Barangay Council of San Vicente thru the proponent Hon. Jesus V. Nacario, Jr., proposed and approved two (2) Ordinance and one (1) resolution:

1. An Ordinance imposing allowable driving speed limit within the jurisdiction of Barangay San Vicente and providing penalties for the violation;

2. An Ordinance regulating the use of modified mufflers that would create extra loud noise in the jurisdiction of Barangay San Vicente, Pili, Camarines Sur;

3. A Resolution respectfully requesting a Development Projects (Improvement of Day Care Center and Flood Control Project) to Hon. Gabriel H. Bordado; Representative of the 3rd district of Camarines Sur, amounting to Eight Million (P8,000,000.00) Pesos.

✴ 5 Resolutions was also approved by the Honorable members of the Sanggunian Bayan:

1. A resolution approving the accreditation of the KABALIKAT CIVICOM Association, Inc.; San Juan Citizens Association, Inc.; Federation of Mr. and Mrs. Club; Sagrada Romanrap Farmers Irrigator's Association, Inc., and CBSUA Multi-Purpose Cooperative, all of Pili, Camarines Sur.
- On joint motion of Hon. Mercy Violeta and Hon. Augusto Camano and duly seconded by Hon. Ning Borlado.

2. A resolution approving the request for Financial Assistance of the residents of Zone 6, San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur whose houses were demolished.
- On joint motion of Hon. Augusto Camano, Hon. Efren Amesola and Hon. Nerio Brazal and duly seconded by Hon. Amylyn Borlado.

3. A resolution confirming the composition of the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB) of the Local Government Unit of Pili, Camarines Sur.
- On collective motion thru Hon. Augusto Camano.

4. A resolution authorizing Hon. Francis B. Belen, Acting Municipal Mayor to enter into Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Rural Bank of Pola represented by Roselle C. Arcilla, Branch Manager offering Salary Loan Program to all Elected Officials and Employees of the Local Government Unit of Pili, Camarines Sur.
- On motion of Hon. Rolando Luzano and duly seconded by Hon. Nicheta Malate.

5. A resolution requiring all TODA's members including the Padjak, E-Padjak and Habal Habal Drivers of Pili, Camarines Sur to wear Identification Card (ID's) and Uniforms while in service.
- On motion of Hon. Nicheta Yeye Nardo Malate and duly seconded by Hon. Rolando Luzano.
