Habang papalapit ang panahon ng Pasko, hatid ng Sangguniang Kabataan ng San Rafael ang maagang regalo para sa ating masisipag na college students — ang SK Educational Assistance Program for 1st Semester! 🎁📚

Layunin ng proyektong ito na makatulong sa inyong mga gastusin sa paaralan at mas mapagaan ang inyong paglalakbay tungo sa tagumpay. 💪💡

📅 Pagsusumite ng Requirements:
🗓️ November 4-5, 2025 only
📍 San Rafael, Barangay Hall

Mga Kinakailangan(2 copies each):
• Photocopy ng Certificate of Enrollment (1st Semester COR/White Form) na may pirma ng registrar.
• Photocopy ng School ID o anumang Valid ID.

⚠️ Important Reminders:
🚫 Limited slots only! Maaari pa kaming tumanggap hangga’t hindi pa napupuno ang slots.
⏰ First come, first served basis.
❌ No reservations of slots.
📄 Incomplete requirements will not be accepted.
🖐️ Strictly no online submission of requirements.
👨‍👩‍👧 Only one (1) student per family is allowed to avail of the assistance.
