SOSA 2026 | “Sa DGNHS, Angat Ka!”
With pride and accountability, Datu Guiambangan National High School (DGNHS) presents its State of the School Address (SOSA) 2026, highlighting the school’s accomplishments and milestones in delivering quality and inclusive education serving a 100% Muslim learners.
This year’s report highlighted the following key areas:
1. School Utilization of Resources (MOOE, SEF, and Iskolar ng Bayan Funds)
Efficient and transparent utilization of financial resources ensured the provision of essential learning materials, improvement of school facilities, and support to various academic and co-curricular programs, directly benefiting learners and teachers.

-Constructions of 2 Comfort Rooms
-Provision of Hand Washing Facility
-Installation of Electric Water System
-Provision of 10-span School Fence
2. Enrolment
The school recorded an increase in enrolment for the current school year, reflecting strengthened community trust, improved school programs, and effective learner recruitment and retention strategies, ensuring broader access to quality education.
3. Performance of Learners (GPA, MPS, and Learning Gaps)
The school recorded steady improvement in learners’ academic performance as reflected in GPA and Mean Percentage Scores (MPS), while targeted interventions were implemented to address least mastered competencies and identified learning gaps.
4. Literacy and Numeracy Level of Learners
Strengthened reading and numeracy programs-ARAL Pabasa, ARAL PROGRAM and Easy MATIC Program contributed to the gradual improvement of learners’ foundational skills, supporting their overall academic success and readiness for higher-level learning.
5. Achievements in Academic and Co-Curricular Competitions
DGNHS learners actively participated and earned recognition in various district, municipal and even division competitions, showcasing their talents, skills, and competencies across learning areas..
6. Teachers’ Development and Support
The school prioritized continuous professional development through trainings, mentoring, coaching, and participation in the Expanded Career Progression (ECP). These initiatives enhanced teachers’ competencies, instructional delivery, and commitment to providing quality education.
7. Stakeholders’ Participation
The strong collaboration among parents, Barangay local government units, and community partners significantly contributed to the successful implementation of school programs, projects and activities (PPAs) reinforcing a shared responsibility for learners’ development.
These accomplishments reflect the collective dedication of the DGNHS community in striving for excellence and continuous improvement.
