π’ MOBILE NATIONAL ID REGISTRATION IS COMING TO PIGCAWAYAN! π’
The Local Government Unit of Pigcawayan, in coordination with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), will conduct a Mobile Registration for the National ID on:
π May 18β21, 2026
π Municipal Lobby, Municipal Hall, Pigcawayan, Cotabato

βοΈ Updating / Correction of Records
π FOR NEW REGISTRATION
Please bring any of the following ORIGINAL or Certified True Copies of documents:
β’ Birth Certificate (LCR or PSA/NSO)
β’ Marriage Certificate (LCR or PSA/NSO)
β’ Any Primary ID (Driverβs License, UMID, Postal ID, SSS, etc.)
π For vulnerable sectors/residents from far-flung areas without valid ID or documents, please bring:
βοΈ Barangay Certificate with the following details:
β’ Full Name
β’ Date of Birth
β’ Place of Birth
β’ Printed photo of the client
β’ Signature of Barangay Official and the client
π FOR UPDATING / CORRECTION OF ENTRIES
πΉ Typographical Errors
(e.g., wrong spelling, missing letters, interchange of birth month/day, etc.)
β’ Original Birth Certificate
β’ Original Marriage Certificate
πΉ Change of Civil Status:
β’ Single to Married β Original Marriage Certificate
β’ Married to Single β CENOMAR (must be βNo Matchβ) + Birth Certificate
β οΈ For minors, CENOMAR is not required
π IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
β’For UPDATING/CORRECTION of National ID - Birth or Marriage that was registered late must be in PSA (SECPA) copy, LCRO Issued document will not be accepted.
