PALENG-QR PH PLUS LAUNCHING

The Municipality of Pavia proudly launches the Paleng-QR Ph Plus Program, a partnership initiative of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and the Department of the Interior and Local Government that promotes digital financial inclusion and cashless transactions in local communities.

The program aims to encourage market vendors, tricycle and jeepney drivers, and small business owners to adopt the use of QR Ph digital payments as a safer, faster, and more convenient way of conducting daily transactions. Through this initiative, the Pavia continues to support innovation and modernization while empowering local entrepreneurs to become more digitally equipped in today’s changing economy.

The Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) extend our heartfelt gratitude to all participating agencies, partners, vendors, TODA members, and constituents who continuously support the programs of the Municipality of Pavia that promote progress, innovation, and economic growth in the community.

Financial Literacy Seminar for Transport Sectors, Market Vendors, ang MSMEs

The Municipality of Pavia, through the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) partnership with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, continues to promote financial literacy and digital payment awareness among transport sector, market vendors, and MSME.

This initiative encourages the use of “Scan to Pay” transactions for safer, faster, and more convenient cashless payments while helping vendors and drivers become more financially informed and digitally empowered.

The Municipality of Pavia, through the partnership of Municipal Treasurer’s Office (MTO) and the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), supports Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) “KNOW YOUR MONEY” campaign to promote financial literacy, budgetting and saving, digital payments and online banking, detecting fake money and scams and financial consumer protection.
