EUROPE-BASED SCUBA DIVE TRAINING AGENCY CERTIFIED FIRST OPEN WATER DIVER FROM LGU-TAGUIG CITY

MABINI, Batangas Province --- Desirous to provide an affordable yet quality training in scuba diving, NDL dive courses are now offered at Metro Manila and National Capital Region (NCR). NDL which stands for National Dive League, is headquartered at St. Petersburg, Russia and its recreational diving standards are approved by the European Underwater Federation (EUF) and also ISO-certified. Enrollment to any of its courses can be accessed at its official website: www.ndl-global.com and one can immediately start with online learning. Thereafter, confined water and open water sessions will be facilitated by an experienced, qualified, and updated instructor.

Among one of its recently-certified open water diver is EMT Raama P. Lamar from Bicutan, Taguig City. He was one of the three (3) trainees whose half of their training tuition was sponsored by a Taguig City-based Specialized Technical Advanced Rescue Training (START) Solutions Corp. Said emergency services training organization also subsidized the rental of dive equipment, refreshment, and resort fees. "Medic One", as his known call-sign to colleagues at City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO), serves the Local Government Unit (LGU)-Taguig City as emergency medical technician since 2015.

"I might not earn such training through my current job, so I really took the opportunity to be certified when it was first offered to me.", said the rescuer. His dive training begun with a whole-day of confined water session held at Bosay Resort, San Roque, Antipolo City and culminated with open water dives which include underwater navigation, search and recovery, and night dive at Hiraya Resort, Mabini, Batangas. An online-verifiable international diving certification was later issued to each one of the trainees while their physical certification card, or C-card, will be mailed to them via postal service from the National Dive League's global office.
