Public Management Development Program - PMDP PMDP is the National Government’s Career Executive Service Development Program.

The goal of PMDP is to produce a corps of development-oriented, competent, dedicated and honest government senior executives and middle managers. It is the National Government’s Career Executive Service Development Program (NGCESDP). Specifically, it aims to help participants develop a keen appreciation of the vital role government executives play in the overall development process; produce compet

ent government leaders committed to the welfare of their constituents and the country’s progress; foster a spirit of kinship, mutual support, and harmony among government leaders working for the common goal of a good life for all; and, deepen the bench of successors to the incumbent government executives to ensure smooth transition in case of promotions or vacancies. Ultimately, the Program aspires to help enhance the image of the Philippine government as an institution imbued with professionalism, integrity and honesty.

𝐀 𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐀𝐂𝐘 𝐎𝐅 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏, 𝐄𝐗𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄, 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄

A week into the program, the newest cohort—the 38th batch of the Middle Managers Class—presented their Team Development Plan under the Peak Performance in the Public Sector (PPPS) Module on Saturday, 20 June 2026. During the same event, they also unveiled their batch name: 𝘗𝘈𝘔𝘈𝘕𝘈.

More than a name, 𝘗𝘈𝘔𝘈𝘕𝘈 represents the legacy that Batch 38 aspires to create and pass on through the values of Husay (Excellence), Dangal (Honor and Integrity), Yapak (Meaningful Impact), and Lingap (Compassionate Service). As a community of high-performing and high-potential public sector leaders, they envision leaving a lasting imprint on their organizations, stakeholders, and future generations of public servants.

Guided by these shared values, Batch 𝘗𝘈𝘔𝘈𝘕𝘈 commits to building a legacy of purposeful leadership in the service of the Filipino people.

𝐆𝐎𝐀𝐋 𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐃!

Following four days of intensive community immersion, the Senior Executives Class (SEC) Batch 15 - 𝘔𝘢𝘨𝘬𝘰𝘯𝘰 wrapped up its Sensing Journey in Sta. Teresita, Batangas on Wednesday, 17 June 2026.

By living with their host families and engaging directly with community members, SEC 15 scholars gained fresh perspectives and insights on how public policies and programs are experienced and felt on the ground.

The closing program featured key messages from Municipal Mayor Hon. Norberto A. Segunial Jr., Class Director Sheryl D. Reyes, and Faculty-in-Charge Prof. Nancy E. Parreño, concluding with the awarding of certificates to the scholars and a special acknowledgment of the local host families who warmly welcomed them into their homes.

We proudly celebrate the promotion of Dr. Reynalyn Tayawa-Padsoyan, Middle Managers Class Batch 22 - 𝘜𝘩𝘢𝘺 for being promoted to Department Manager III of the Human Resource Management and Development Department of the Development Academy of the Philippines.
