Before the day ends, let us remember and celebrate the life of the one and only National Artist Nora Aunor on her birthday. Though she may no longer be with us, the love she gave through her music, films, and unforgettable performances continues to live in our hearts.

You were more than a Superstar, you were a symbol of strength, humility, and genuine artistry. ❤

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦: 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝘂𝗼𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗨𝗦𝗧-𝗦𝗛𝗦 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 30! 🎬

UST Senior High School students were fully engaged throughout the CCP Lakbay Sine screening, and we truly appreciated how meaningful the screening experience was for them. The screening of Alipato at Muog, a Cinemalaya film directed by JL Burgos, became even more impactful through the talkback session with Edith Burgos, where students actively shared their questions and reflections.

We’re grateful to once again collaborate with the University of Santo Tomas - Senior High School. Seeing students become more aware and engaged with the realities of our society makes initiatives like this even more meaningful.

Featuring two Gawad Alternatibo films: 𝗬𝗨𝗧𝗔 by Hesumaria Sescon and 𝗔𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗜𝗠𝗕𝗔𝗛𝗔𝗡 by Sari Dalena, alongside the Cinemalaya film 𝗠𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗣𝗜𝗘𝗖𝗘 by Januar Yap and Kristoffer Villarino.

Also included in the screening are Nick Deocampo’s 𝗘𝗗𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗦: 𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗢 𝗖. 𝗘𝗗𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗦𝗠 𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗣𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗧, 𝗔𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗨 𝗣𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗣𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦, and 𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗞𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗕𝗨𝗧𝗔𝗡 𝗡𝗜 𝗡𝗨𝗡𝗘𝗟𝗨𝗖𝗜𝗢 𝗔𝗟𝗩𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗢 by Candy Nagrampa.
