Paaralang Barrio ng Malibay photo: circa 1950’s-60.

Isang larawan ng unang paaralang barrio sa Malibay tinatag noong 1907. Ito ay itinatag sa ilalim ng unang g**o nito na si G. Justo Agbayani. Ang Malibay Barrio School ay isang inuupahang bahay na pag-aari ni Gng. Filomena Francisco, na nagturo ng cartilla sa mga mag-aaral.

Noong panahon ng pananakop ng mga Hapones, ang paaralan ay ginawang garison para sa mga sundalong Hapones. Kalaunan, kinuha ito ng mga Amerikano at ginamit ang paaralan hanggang 1945.

Noong Marso 12, 1945, muling binuksan ang paaralan bilang Timoteo Paez Elementary School. Ipinangalan ito kay Don Timoteo Paez, isang kilalang pilantropo mula sa Malabon. Photo:tpes Digital enhance by AI

“Pinaka Istriktang G**o! Luluhod ka sa munggo at 2 palad mo may mga patong na libro.”

A look back at 1972 under Martial Law: our days at the Timoteo Paez Elementary School Annex at the Felipe Compound near Malibay Plaza. Housed in a two-story building with a front staircase, we faced plenty of floods and canceled classes—but also enjoyed the government's free nutri-bun and milk.
