On September 3, 2026, at about 8:30 AM, personnel of the Pasay City Police Station SWAT-EOD Unit, under the supervision of PLT JOSEPH R BAYOT, Officer-in-Charge, thru the leadership of PCOL JOSELITO M DE SESTO, Chief of Police, provided security and assistance during the relief operation initiated by San Juan de Dios College for families affected by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) in Barangay 165.
The relief operation was conducted in front of the Barangay 165 Hall, E. Rodriguez Street, Malibay, Pasay City, wherein grocery packs were distributed to the affected families.

BENCH WARRANT SERVED: MOST WANTED PERSON IN DRUG CASE ARRESTED DURING SACLEO IN PASAY

Pasay City — Personnel of Sub-Station 7 (Maricaban), Pasay City Police Station, successfully arrested alias “MARIA”, a 50-year-old Filipino female, married, unemployed, and resident of Barangay 184, Maricaban, Pasay City, who was listed as a Most Wanted Person, by virtue of a Bench Warrant of Arrest for violation of Section 11, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).

The arrest was effected at about 1:30 AM of September 5, 2026, at Saint Francis Street, Barangay 179, Maricaban, Pasay City, during the conduct of SACLEO (Simultaneous Anti-Criminality and Law Enforcement Operations).

The arresting team from Sub-Station 7, composed of PSSg Francis Natividad, Pat Marlou Awa, Pat Marjoe Tamayo, and Pat Carl Michael Callueng, under the supervision of PLT CALVIN V. QUILLAIN, Officer-in-Charge, Sub-Station 7, served the Bench Warrant of Arrest against the accused for failure to appear before the court on the scheduled hearing.

The warrant was issued by HON. MELVIN CYDRICK MALICDEM BUGHAO, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 298, Pasay City, dated September 4, 2026, in connection with Criminal Case Nos. R-PSY-23-00746-CR and R-PSY-23-00747-CR, with No Bail recommended.

In compliance with Supreme Court Resolution A.M. No. 21-06-08-SC, or the Rules on the Use of Body-Worn Cameras, the arresting officers utilized an Alternative Recording Device (ARD) during the ex*****on of the Warrant of Arrest.

The arrested accused is presently under police custody and, together with the original Bench Warrant of Arrest, will be turned over to the Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS), Pasay CPS, for proper disposition, return of the warrant, and subsequent commitment to the court of origin pursuant to the appropriate Commitment Order.
