In celebration of World Mental Health Day, we spotlight the need for a healthier workplace which entails the commitment of both employers and employees to allow and facilitate safe spaces for everyone to take time in caring for themselves.

We also want to strengthen each person's agency in making better choices especially in times of stress and engage in healthy distractions over yosi-breaks or after-work drinks.
