Love filled the air as twenty-two couples officially began their journey as husband and wife during the Makka’anggam Mass Wedding 2026, held in celebration of the 36th Civil Registration Month.

This meaningful event highlights the importance of civil registration in every Filipino’s life, from birth to marriage and beyond. More than just a ceremony, it was a powerful reminder that love deserves not only celebration but also legal recognition and protection.

The ceremony was solemnized by Honorable Mayor Marcos G. Ayangwa, MD, who led the couples in affirming their commitment and declaring their union under the law. His presence underscored the municipality’s dedication to strengthening families, the foundation of a stronger Paracelis.

There were smiles, heartfelt moments, and joyful applause as each couple stepped into a new chapter together, ready to face life’s seasons side by side.

The Philippine Statistics Authority – Mountain Province, through the CRS Mobile Outlet, will facilitate the issuance of civil registry documents on April 28–29, 2025 during the Kakarefin Summer Fiesta at the 1st Floor Lobby, Municipal Hall Building, Poblacion, Paracelis, Mountain Province.

We invite the public to take advantage of this convenient opportunity to request and obtain certified copies of the following PSA documents:

• Birth Certificate
• Marriage Certificate
• Death Certificate
• Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR)
• Certificate of No Death Record (CENODEATH)

Requirements:
For document owners:
• Present one (1) valid government-issued ID
For authorized representatives:
• Authorization letter from the document owner
