With the opening of School Year 2026-2027, Minoli ES teachers led the first day of the implementation of the annual Brigada Eskwela in preparation for the learners' school start on June 8, 2026.

Led by School Head Berlina M. Maranes, there was a Kick-Off and orientation for important announcements to be made during the five-day Brigada Eskwela and OBE as well.

DENR conducts strategic campaign through Information, Education, and Communication (IEC)

As a campaign of proper environmental protection, the DENR conducted a lecture at Minoli Elementary School this March 10, 2026 in celebration of World Water Day and Fire Prevention Month including proper waste segregation together with the Grade 5 and 6 learners.

Land Management Officer I Shallane Insong mentioned the importance of water, how to conserve it and how to save it especially as summer is approaching. As additional information, Forest Ranger Lilibeth Campolet gave a lecture on fire prevention, where she mentioned the source or cause and how dangerous fire is. Another lecture related to RA 9003 or the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000 was campaigned by Environmental Monitoring Officer Ronica Gapayan on how to reduce waste. She also encouraged students on how to separate waste into biodegradable and non-biodegradable, recycling, and converting waste into fertilizer. She also reminded them of the dangers posed by waste if it continues to be left unresolved.

These strategic campaigns designed to raise awareness, educate the public, and influence behavioral change regarding environmental protection, waste management, and sustainable practices.
