Catral Foundation The CATRAL Foundation, Inc. is a charitable institution that aims to provide marginal communities wi is the social service arm of the JARC Group of Companies.

The Cooperative Alliance for Technopreneurial Revival And Leadership (CATRAL) Foundation, Inc. Established in 2015, the foundation implements all of the corporate social responsibility initiatives of the JARC Group like youth development, disaster relief programs, and medical missions.

Anna Rose Ibay, the mother of a 4 month old baby, is currently a patient of Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center (ITRMC),San Fernando, La Union and she urgently needs your help.

A donation of at least 3-5 units of Type O Negative blood is required for her surgery. Her rare blood type is currently not available in the blood banks of both her hospital and Red Cross La Union.
