The DOH-NCR MMCHD MAIFIPP Monitoring Visit was successfully conducted at the Ospital ng Parañaque Medical Social Work Section and Malasakit Center, headed by Chief Medical Social Worker, Mr. Karl Marx R. Dimayuga, RSW, MMHoA, together with Assistant Chief Mr. Jhon Emer F. Cabusi, RSW.

Kasalukuyan pong nasa Emergency Room ng Ospital ng Parañaque ang nasabing pasyente. Sa kasalukuyan, hindi pa siya makapagbigay ng anumang impormasyon kaugnay ng kanyang pagkakakilanlan o mga kaanak.

Kung mayroon pong nakakakilala o may impormasyon tungkol sa pasyente, hinihiling po namin ang agarang pakikipag-ugnayan sa aming tanggapan sa pamamagitan ng mga sumusunod:

Sabi nga nila, ang mga nanay ang ilaw ng tahanan. Ngunit para sa marami, sila rin ang tunay na haligi ng pamilya. Matatag, mapagmahal, at laging handang magsakripisyo para sa kanilang mga mahal sa buhay.

Sa araw na ito ng pagdiriwang ng Mother’s Day, kami ay taos-pusong bumabati at sumasaludo sa lahat ng mga ina, nanay, mommy, lola, at mga babaeng tumatayong ilaw at sandigan ng kanilang pamilya.

Saludo kami sa inyong walang sawang pag-aaruga at pagmamahal lalo na sa mga inang walang kapagurang nagbabantay ng pasyente sa ospital, nagpupuyat, nag-aalala, at patuloy na lumalaban kasama ng kanilang anak, magulang, asawa, o mahal sa buhay. Kayo ang tahimik na lakas sa bawat paggaling, ang yakap na nagbibigay pag-asa, at ang pusong hindi sumusuko sa kabila ng pagod at hirap.

Hindi man madaling maging isang ina, pinipili ninyong maging matatag araw-araw para sa inyong pamilya. Ang inyong pagmamahal ay hindi nasusukat ng salita lamang, kundi ng bawat sakripisyong handa ninyong gawin.

Maraming salamat sa inyong pagmamahal, malasakit, at sakripisyo. Nawa’y maramdaman ninyo ngayon at araw-araw kung gaano kayo kahalaga at kamahal.

Ang Ospital ng Parañaque – Medical Social Work Section ay nananawagan sa mga kamag-anak o kakilala ng pasyenteng si ANTONIO DAZO, na naninirahan sa San Dionisio, Parañaque City.

Ayon sa aming tala, ilan sa kanyang kaanak ay sina Divine Grace Dazo at Divine Joy Dazo na nakatira sa Parañaque.

Si Antonio Dazo ay kasalukuyang naka-admit sa MS Ward ng Ospital ng Parañaque.

Panibagong simula, panibagong laban, at panibagong pag-asa. Nandito ang Ospital ng Parañaque-District 1 MSWS & Malasakit Center, ang inyong kaagapay.

Sa Malasakit Center, sama-samang pagkalinga mula sa iba’t ibang ahensya ng gobyerno ang handang umalalay para mapagaan ang inyong gastusin sa ospital. Lumapit lamang sa aming opisina.

For those who may not know, our Assistant Chief is not just a kind and dedicated Social Worker, he’s also exceptionally skilled in paperwork, blessed with endless patience, and always ready to support the team. Beyond the desk, he proudly represents the MSWS and Malasakit Center with his talents in dancing, singing, and even acting. And yes, he’s also one of the department’s marathon runners. Truly a multi-talented individual in every sense!
