Ang schedule para sa 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗗𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗼 ay 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟵 mula 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗮 hanggang 𝟯:𝟬𝟬 𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗻 sa 𝗦𝘁𝗼. 𝗡𝗶ñ𝗼 𝗚𝘆𝗺.

Bawat isa ay tatanggap ng Php3,000 kung saan: Php2,000 ay para sa kanilang food and medical assistance, Php500 bilang birthday cash gift, at Php500 naman bilang Christmas cash gift.

Ito ay makukuha sa pamamagitan ng GCash disbursement kung sila ay may HELP Citizen Card ID na. Habang maaari ring makuha ito sa mismong venue ng bigayan.

Para sa mga authorized representative, dalhin din ang mga ss.:

▶️ Picture of the authorized representative with the beneficiary holding a calendar dated September 2026 (2 copies of print out)
▶️ Original ID of the authorized representative and three pieces of photocopy (with 3 specimen signatures)

Paalala: Kung ang qualified PWD ay may HELP Citizen Card ID, dahil din ito sa araw ng distribusyon.

Para sa listahan ng beneficiaries, makipag-ugnayan lamang po sa barangay.

Para naman sa iba pang detalye o katanungan, tumawag sa Persons with Disability Affairs Office ng lungsod sa 8291-3873.

DAPAT MINIMUM WAGE LALO NA SA GOVERNMENT SECTOR! Alam niyo bang ang waste workers natin—kung hindi ako nagkakamali—4-5k lang ang sahod BUWAN-BUWAN?? Wala pang mandatory government benefits yan pati health insurance, night differential, o hazard pay!

Imagine, 356k+ METRIC TONS 🤯 Kaya kailangan rin nating idemand ang Climate Governance sa ating mga namumuno.

Plastic waste can worsen urban flooding when litter is carried by wind and rain into drains, canals, rivers, and waterways. During storms, these channels can become “plastic superhighways,” moving waste through cities while clogged drains and accumulated debris slow stormwater and cause streets and neighborhoods to flood.

The countries contributing the most ocean plastic are not always the biggest plastic producers. Pollution is often shaped by heavy rainfall, dense river systems, rapid urbanization, long coastlines, and weaknesses in waste collection. In countries such as the Philippines, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand, plastic entering urban waterways can contribute to drainage blockages before eventually being carried downstream toward the ocean.

The Philippines, estimated to account for about 35% of ocean plastic leakage, highlights how closely these problems can be connected. The same plastic that blocks a city drain today can enter a river tomorrow and eventually reach the sea.

Improving waste collection, keeping drainage systems clear, reducing plastic waste, and preventing trash from reaching waterways can therefore help address both urban flooding and ocean plastic pollution.

Ang 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 ay isang programang binubuo ng apat na yugto sa loob ng isang taon na naglalayong hasain ang kakayanan ng kabataan na mag-isip, mag-disenyo, mag-sulat, at mag-lakad ng mga resolusyon at polisiya sa kanilang komunidad at lungsod. Naglalayon rin nitong palakasin at himukin ang mga kabataan na makisali at makilahok sa mga usaping socio-sibil ng lungsod.
