The proposed Biodiversity Park is set to rise beneath the C5-Link Expressway in Parañaque City, bringing more greenery and open space closer to the community. Located near the LRT Terminal, the park will offer a space for residents and visitors to enjoy nature, outdoor activities, and time away from the busy city.

A step toward making our infrastructure spaces more than just places to pass through but places that can also serve and benefit the community.

𝗔 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝟱-𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸

The proposed Biodiversity Park beneath the C5-Link Expressway in Parañaque City will bring more greenery and open space closer to the community. Located near the LRT Terminal, the park will offer a safe and accessible space where residents and visitors can enjoy nature and outdoor activities.

The project is within PEATC’s area of operation and maintenance as the operator of the CAVITEX C5-Link Expressway. As part of the PRA family, PEATC is supporting the development of the area and helping make this space a greener and more welcoming place for the community.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by PEATC Chairman Engr. Anthony Peter D. Crisologo, President & CEO Delfin C. Torrecampo Jr., Board Directors Atty. Jose N. Ferrer and Mr. Mario Katigbak Espinosa, and PRA General Manager and CEO Engr. Cesar S. Siador Jr.

PEA Tollway Corporation (PEATC) proudly joined and supported the Philippine Marine Corps’ Kabayanihan Run 2026, held in commemoration of National Heroes’ Day and in recognition of the courage, service, and sacrifices of our heroes.

PEATC Chairman Engr. Anthony Peter D. Crisologo and President & CEO Delfin C. Torrecampo Jr. attended the event. During the program, PEATC Chairman Engr. Anthony Peter D. Crisologo delivered a message and presented an award, highlighting PEATC’s support for this meaningful initiative and its partnership with the Philippine Marine Corps.

Following the successful conclusion of the Philippine Marine Corps “Kabayanihan Run 2026”, in partnership with PEA Tollway Corporation (PEATC), the C5-Link Expressway Westbound, from the Taguig Toll Plaza, Sucat Main and Slip Road 1A (C5 Ext.) Toll Plaza, is now open to motorists.

Please be advised that the C5-Link Expressway westbound, including the Taguig Toll Plaza, Slip Road 1A (C5 Road Ext.) Toll Plaza (Westbound), and Sucat Main Toll Plaza (Westbound), will be temporarily closed from 9:00 PM on August 29, 2026 (Saturday), until 7:00 AM on August 30, 2026 (Sunday).

The temporary closure is in connection with the Kabayanihan Run 2026, the 9th annual Philippine Marine Corps (PMC) Marathon, which will be held in commemoration of National Heroes’ Day.

To help motorists plan their trips, the following alternative routes will be available:

𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝟭 — Class 1 Only
From C.P. Garcia Avenue:

- Turn right onto East Service Road.
- Turn left onto Villamor.
- Take Sales Road.
- Turn right onto Andrews Avenue.
- Take the NAIAX on-ramp.
- Follow the signs to Cavite.
- Enter CAVITEX southbound.

𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝟮 — Class 1, 2, and 3
From C.P. Garcia Avenue:

- Turn right onto East Service Road.
- Turn left onto Villamor.

- Turn left onto Domestic Road.
- Turn right onto NAIA Road.
- Turn left onto CAVITEX southbound.
