The 2nd and FINAL day of evaluation for the HAPAG and Clean and Green Program of the LGU Pantabangan was successfully completed, marking the culmination of the two-day assessment conducted on April 7–8, 2026.

Following the field evaluation of the 14 participating barangays, the panel of judges from the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA), City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), and Central Luzon State University (CLSU) carefully conducted their deliberation to ensure a fair, transparent, and objective evaluation of all entries.

To uphold the integrity of the results, the final scores were officially sealed through the locking of envelopes, to be opened during the awarding ceremony on April 15, 2026, during LGU Night.

This milestone reflects the dedication, teamwork, and shared commitment of all stakeholders in advancing sustainable agriculture and environmental stewardship in Pantabangan.

The HAPAG and Clean and Green Program was established by the LGU of Pantabangan in compliance with the Joint Memorandum Circular of the DILG and DA.

In line with the celebration of 12th Pandawan Festival, the established program was successfully evaluated. Fourteen (14) barangays actively participated in this initiative, showcasing their commitment to sustainable development, food security, and environmental management.

The participating barangays established and developed their gardens from February 28, 2026 up to the date of evaluation, reflecting dedication and continuous effort in promoting greener and more productive communities.

The evaluation was carried out from April 7–8, 2026, with distinguished judges from the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA), City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO)- Manila Bay Section, and Central Luzon State University (CLSU), ensuring a fair and comprehensive assessment.

The announcement and awarding of winners will take place on April 15, 2026 during LGU Night, celebrating the outstanding efforts and achievements of the participating barangays.

This initiative highlights the collective commitment of LGU Pantabangan headed by Municipal Mayor Monaliza Humiwat Agdipa, VM Roberto T. Agdipa in collaboration with MA Karen R. Salera, MENRO Angelina Tuliao, Municipal Tourism Officer Emisonia Vargas Cuario Gante and other lined offices and the people of Pantabangan towards a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future.
