We sincerely apologize for the recent altercation involving two personnel of the Panglao Traffic Management Office. We understand the alarm it may have caused to pedestrians and the public. The situation was immediately contained, it is an isolated incident and does not reflect the standards we uphold. We assure everyone that our services remain uninterrupted and that appropriate actions are being taken to prevent this from happening again.
