The Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipality of Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan hereby informs the public of a Public Hearing to be conducted on:
🗓 January 28, 2026 (Wednesday)
⏰ 8:00 A.M.
📍 Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Barangay Maningding, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan
The public hearing will deliberate on the following proposed ordinances, to wit:
1️⃣ An Ordinance Providing for the Establishment of the New Sta. Barbara Blood Council and for Other Purposes
2️⃣ An Ordinance Establishing a Comprehensive Rabies Prevention and Control Program in the Municipality of Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, Providing for Responsible Pet Ownership, Public Health Protection, and Prescribing Penalties Therefor
3️⃣ An Ordinance Prohibiting Stray Animals within the Municipality of Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, Providing Penalties for Violations Thereof, Establishing Funding Mechanisms for Impounding and Animal Care, and for Other Purposes
4️⃣ An Ordinance Imposing Curfew Hours for Minors (Children Below Eighteen [18] Years of Age) in the Municipality of Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, from Ten O’Clock in the Evening (10:00 P.M.) to Four O’Clock in the Morning (4:00 A.M.), Prescribing Procedures for Apprehension and Custody, Providing Penalties for Violations Thereof, Repealing Ordinance No. 2012-37, Series of 2012, and for Other Purposes
