📍 STUDENT-LED SCHOOL WATCHING AND HAZARD MAPPING | SY 2026–2027

Primicias Elementary School, through the guidance of Dr. Mark Anthony M. Orquiza, conducted the Student-Led School Watching and Hazard Mapping Activity.

Our learners actively participated in identifying possible hazards around the school and promoting awareness, preparedness, and safety. Their observations serve as valuable inputs in making our school a safer, more secure, and child-friendly learning environment.

Safety starts with awareness, and every learner can be a safety champion!

NAKIKIISA ANG PRIMICIAS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SA PAGDIRIWANG NG BUWAN NG NUTRISYON 2026!

Bilang pakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Nutrisyon 2026 na may temang "Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan!", inihahandog ng Primicias Elementary School ang aming dalawang minutong video bilang pagpapakita ng suporta sa adbokasiya ng wastong nutrisyon at pangangalaga sa kalikasan.

Tampok sa video ang makabuluhang mensahe ng aming Punongg**o, Dr. Mark Anthony M. Orquiza, na naghihikayat sa bawat isa na maging katuwang sa pagtataguyod ng malusog na pamumuhay at responsableng pangangalaga sa ating kapaligiran. Kasunod nito ang aming Pagbati Challenge, bilang pagpapahayag ng buong pusong pakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Nutrisyon 2026.

Ipinakikita rin sa video ang ilan sa mga gawaing inihanda ng paaralan, tulad ng tree-planting activity bilang simbolo ng pangangalaga sa kalikasan, at ang Poster at Slogan Making Contest, na nagbibigay-daan sa mga mag-aaral na maipahayag ang kanilang pagkamalikhain at kamalayan sa kahalagahan ng nutrisyon at pangangalaga sa kapaligiran.

Sama-sama nating isulong ang isang komunidad na may malusog na mamamayan at luntiang kinabukasan.

𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗔𝗗𝗔 𝗘𝗦𝗞𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗔 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗞𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗦 𝗢𝗙𝗙: 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀, 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹!

Day 1 of Brigada Eskwela 2026 at Primicias Elementary School was a remarkable display of unity, volunteerism, and community spirit!

The activity officially commenced with a Kick-Off Ceremony led by our School Head, Dr. Mark Anthony M. Orquiza, who shared an inspiring message emphasizing the power of collaboration in creating a safe, clean, and learner-friendly school environment.

True to the spirit of bayanihan, various organizations and stakeholders answered the call to serve. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to the members of 4Ps, TODA, Parents' Council, TUPAD, student volunteers, CVO, CRB, GNOI, BHE, WUFFMPC, DOLE MAPANDAN, and PESO MAPANDAN for generously sharing their time, effort, and commitment to education.

A meaningful highlight of the event was the signing of the Pledge of Commitment, where volunteers expressed their dedication to supporting the goals of Brigada Eskwela and the welfare of our learners.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to the Barangay Council headed by Brgy. Captain Ariel Palagud for providing food and refreshments to our hardworking volunteers.

Special thanks and recognition to Ma'am Hilda V. Fernandez, our dedicated School Brigada Coordinator, whose leadership and hard work made the successful opening of Brigada Eskwela 2026 possible.

Together, we build not just classrooms, but a brighter future for every learner. Thank you to all our partners, stakeholders, and volunteers for making day one a success!

Muling nagbabalik ang diwa ng bayanihan! Inaanyayahan ang lahat na makibahagi sa Brigada Eskwela 2026 ng Primicias Elementary School na may temang:

“Bayanihan para sa Matatag na Paaralan: Sama-Samang Paghahanda para sa Kinabukasan.”

Sama-sama nating ihanda ang ating paaralan para sa panibagong taon ng pagkatuto. Sa pamamagitan ng pagtutulungan, pagmamalasakit, at pagkakaisa, makalilikha tayo ng isang ligtas, malinis, at kaaya-ayang kapaligiran para sa ating mga mag-aaral.

Ang bawat pagwawalis, pagpipintura, paglilinis, at simpleng pagtulong ay mahalagang ambag sa paghubog ng isang paaralang handang magsilbi at magbigay ng de-kalidad na edukasyon.

Inaanyayahan namin ang mga magulang, alumni, stakeholders, barangay officials, at mga boluntaryo na makiisa at maging bahagi ng makabuluhang gawaing ito. Ipagpatuloy natin ang diwa ng bayanihan para sa ikabubuti ng ating paaralan at komunidad.

“𝗧𝗢𝗚𝗬𝗨𝗣𝗔𝗡” — a meaningful gathering of student leaders across the division, and our representative truly shone!

We are proud to announce that Matt Ivan Ferrero V. Soria was elected as DIVISION FEDERATED BKB (Barkada Kontra Bisyo) Vice-President of Schools Division Office 1 Pangasinan during the 3rd Division Togyupan (Division Learners’ Convergence 2026).

This achievement is a testament to his dedication to youth advocacy, promoting a God-centered, child-friendly, and drug-free environment—truly a leader ready to serve and inspire fellow students.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to his advisers, Sir Alvin Louie L. Abrigo and Ma’am Lynne R. Soquila, for their guidance and support in developing his leadership skills.

Special thanks also go to Armela Ocuaman, the outgoing District Federated SELG President and Division Federated SELG Board Member, for her encouragement and inspiration to the new batch of student leaders.

District Learners’ Convergence 2026 – A Celebration of Leadership and Unity!

Last February 16, 2026, the District Learners’ Convergence 2026 was successfully conducted at Primicias Elementary School. The event gathered student leaders and teacher-advisers of SELG, YES-O, and BKD across the district for an afternoon of collaboration, learning, and strengthened commitment to learner empowerment.

The program began with registration followed by a solemn Opening Program featuring a Patriotic Song and Doxology. Inspiring words were delivered by Mark Anthony M. Orquiza, PhD, Principal III, during his Opening Remarks. Meaningful messages were also shared by Maricel L. Florendo, EdD, Public Schools District Supervisor, and Armando S. Victorio, PhD, Principal IV and School Head In-Charge in Learner Formation, emphasizing the vital role of student leadership in promoting positive school culture.

The Presentation of Participants was led by Alvin Louie L. Abrigo, T-III, School SELG Teacher-Adviser, setting the tone for unity and shared purpose among all delegates.

An important highlight of the convergence was the Orientation of Programs under Learner Formation. Discussions on Child Right Protection were facilitated by Lynne R. Soquila, MT-I. The Learner Formation Program was presented by Alvin Louie L. Abrigo, T-III, District SELG President (Teacher-Adviser). The YES-O Program was discussed by Eugene Peralta, T-III, District YES-O Vice-President (Teacher-Adviser), while the BKD Program was presented by Jeffrey M. Tolentino, MT-II, District BKD President (Teacher-Adviser). These sessions equipped participants with clearer understanding of their roles and responsibilities as young leaders.

The activity continued with the District Federated SELG, YES-O, and BKD session, followed by the Distribution of Certificates of Recognition and Participation to the speakers, facilitators, and participants. The event concluded with the Induction Ceremony, symbolizing the commitment of newly recognized leaders to serve with integrity and dedication.

With Dr. Sarah V. Soriano, MT-I, as the Master of Ceremonies, the entire program flowed smoothly and successfully.

Indeed, the District Learners’ Convergence 2026 was more than just a gathering — it was a testament to strong collaboration, empowered youth leadership, and a united effort in strengthening learner formation in the district.

Noong ika-11 ng Pebrero ay matagumpay nating naisagawa ang School-Based Election 2026! Muling ipinakita ng ating mga mag-aaral ang kanilang pagiging responsable at aktibong pakikilahok sa pagpili ng mga bagong lider ng paaralan.

Taos-pusong pasasalamat sa lahat ng mga g**o na tumulong upang maging maayos, patas, at organisado ang eleksyon.

Lubos din po ang aming pasasalamat sa patnubay at buong suporta ng ating punongg**o, Dr. Mark Anthony Orquiza, na patuloy na gumagabay sa mga gawaing pampaaralan upang maging matagumpay ang bawat programa.

Espesyal na pagkilala rin sa ating masisipag na mga tabulators — Ma’am Sabina Agustin at Ma’am Lorna T. Soquila — sa kanilang dedikasyon at tiyaga sa pagbibilang ng mga boto. Maraming salamat po!

Hindi rin magiging posible ang matagumpay na eleksyon kung wala ang tulong at kooperasyon ng ating mga student-leader officers na naglaan ng oras at pagsisikap upang maging maayos ang daloy ng programa.
