An open letter to those people who are openly insulting the SK for not distributing free alcohol, mask, and soap. Try to comprehend the following:

1. Ang 10% of the Annual Budget sa Barangay or SK Funds himoan ug ginatawag na Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program ( ABYIP) nga dapat ang mabudgetan haom sa 9 centers of participation na nahisulat sa Philippine Youth Development Plan. Approbahan kini sa bulan sa Oktubre which means ang budget for 2020 October 2019 palang approbado na. Sa ani na panahon wala pa man intawon news about Covid-19. Dili man mi manghuhula na tungod sa mga Chinese na mahilig sa kwaknit magkacorona virus ang Pilipinas. Isa pa we see to it na naa mi sustainable programs and projects. Ang pagpanghatag ba ug alcohol sustainable?

2. If gaattend ka ug Brgy. Assembly you will understand this one. But for sure, if gayaw-yaw ka karon wala ka kaattend bisan kaisa ug Brgy. Assembly.

3. We have calamity funds to utilize in times of serious crisis so nganong SK Funds dayon inyong mahuna-hunaan?

4. Realignment of the budget must be in accordance to the law. Basahon ang R.A 10742 or SK Reform Law ug ang R.A 9184 or Procurement Act. Dili man ang kwarta sa SK kay murag allowance nimo na kung unsa imong gusto paliton karon mapalit dayon nimo, dapat naa sa plano.

5. We can accept suggestion and constructive criticism but insulting us in social media is very unacceptable.

6. Dili equal ang SK Funds sa tanan barangays good for barangays na dagko ug budget and if manghatag ka ug alcohol, sabon ug mask dapat dili ka selective kay mao nay hinungdan sa gubot. Dapat tanan mahatagan.

7. On process pa ang ubang SKs sa pag transfer sa ilang mga kwarta sa ilang bank accounts and dili jud dali ang pagbalhin. Wala pa gani iban ilang kwarta karong tuiga.

P.S if we want to have sanitizers and disinfectant unta i apil nato ug sanitize ug disinfect atong mga batasan nga maoy mas lala na virus sa atong katilingban.
