SKale Up 3.0: Mentorship Program for Emerging Young Leaders in the Province of Catanduanes
Selected from a pool of inspiring proposals submitted by passionate young leaders across the province, these projects highlight the creativity, commitment, and determination of Catandunganon youth to address real challenges in their communities. From initiatives centered on education, environmental stewardship, youth empowerment, and community development, each proposal reflects the powerful role of the youth in shaping a better future for Catanduanes. 🌱
Your ideas go beyond concepts on paper — they represent vision, courage, and the drive to create meaningful change. The PYDO commends each of you for stepping forward and sharing your initiatives with the community.
📣 To our shortlisted applicants: You are invited to the Project Pitching Session on Monday, March 23, 2026, at the Provincial Agricultural Services Office (PASO) Training Hall, where you will present your proposed initiatives before the GISP Committee. Each group will be given a maximum of ten (10) minutes to showcase their project and its potential impact.
📩 Please check your email for further details regarding the 10-minute presentation guidelines and other important instructions.
To everyone who submitted their proposals, thank you for believing in the power of youth leadership. Your passion and commitment continue to inspire a generation of changemakers. 💡
