Nauunawaan po namin ang inyong pananabik at suporta sa taunang paliga, subalit dahil sa ilang kadahilanan at limitasyon sa kasalukuyan, hindi po ito maisasagawa sa taong ito. Humihingi po kami ng inyong pang-unawa at pasensya sa pagkakataong ito.

We were joined by two students from Catanduanes State University who attended the session to fulfill a course requirement. They actively participated by observing the proceedings and documenting the official minutes of the meeting.
