The Municipality of Pandag concludes the 3-Day Formulation Workshop on the Bangsamoro Barangay Development Plan (BBDP) held on August 7–9, 2026 at Habi Hotel, Koronadal City.

Our heartfelt gratitude to our Municipal Mayor Hon. Mohajeran K. Balayman for the continued support and commitment to strengthening Barangay Development Planning; MPDC King Owen S. Amad for his guidance and technical assistance; and MLGOO Catherine Paglas for her valuable support and expertise throughout the workshop.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to all the Barangay Captains, headed by LnB President Hon. Bajorie K. Balayman, for their active participation, dedication, and commitment to creating responsive development plans for their respective barangays.

A special thank you to the BBDP Resource Persons, Technical Working Group (TWG) and Secretariat whose hard work, coordination, technical assistance, and behind-the-scenes efforts made this 3-day workshop successful.

BBDP Formulation Workshop – Day 2

Day 2 of the Bangsamoro Barangay Development Plan (BBDP) Formulation Workshop focused on the Barangay Development Investment Program (BDIP), Budgetary Formulation, and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E).

The BDIP lecture and workshop were facilitated by King Owen Amad, Acting Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator (MPDC). This was followed by the Budgetary Formulation session conducted by Datu Mama Kiakan, Municipal Budget Officer, and the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) lecture and workshop facilitated by Engr. Allan, Municipal Engineer. These sessions enhanced the participants’ understanding of investment programming, budget preparation, and the monitoring and evaluation framework necessary for the effective implementation of the Barangay Development Plan.

The Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO) of Pandag remains committed to providing technical assistance and guidance to all barangays in formulating responsive, inclusive, and sustainable development and investment plans that support good governance and long-term community development.

BBDP Day 1 | Bangsamoro Barangay Development Plan (BBDP) Workshop

Day 1 focused on the review and finalization of the pre-workshop outputs, including the Barangay Profile and History, Situational Analysis, Development Gaps, Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives.

Participants also conducted situational analysis, identified root causes and priority development gaps, and refined the organizational philosophy as key steps in crafting a responsive and evidence-based Barangay Development Plan.

The workshop was facilitated by the Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO) of Pandag in collaboration with the Municipal Local Government Operations Officers (MLGOOs) from different municipalities, fostering knowledge sharing, technical collaboration, and strengthened partnerships in support of effective barangay development planning.

Together, we plan for a better, more resilient, and more developed barangay.

𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕 𝐂𝐁𝐌𝐒 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 (𝐌𝐂𝐂𝐁)
The Municipality of Pandag successfully convened the 2027 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Municipal Coordinating Board (MCCB), bringing together key stakeholders from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), BARMM, Sangguniang Bayan Members, Department Heads, Punong Barangays, and partner agencies.
This activity marks the official start of our collaborative efforts in preparing for the 2027 CBMS implementation. Through strengthened coordination and shared commitment, the Municipality of Pandag aims to ensure the collection of accurate, reliable, and timely data that will serve as the foundation for evidence-based planning, policy formulation, and the delivery of responsive programs and services to every Pandageño.
Together, let us build a stronger and more data-driven Municipality of Pandag—because "Swak na Datos Para sa Komunidad na Mas Maayos."

𝐂𝐁𝐌𝐒 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐀 𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍-𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐘

Municipality of Pandag- successfully conducted the 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Data Turn-Over Ceremony, marking another milestone in promoting data-driven governance and effective public service delivery.

The turnover of CBMS data serves as an important tool in identifying the socio-economic condition of households within the municipality. Through accurate and reliable data, the Local Government Unit can better formulate programs, projects, and policies that are responsive to the actual needs of the people.

This accomplishment would not have been possible without the dedication and cooperation of our partner agencies, field personnel, enumerators, barangay officials, and all stakeholders who contributed to the successful implementation of the CBMS operations.

The Municipality of Pandag remains committed to strengthening evidence-based planning and building a more progressive, inclusive, and resilient community for all.

Amad, JD Acting MPDC of the Municipality of Pandag actively participated in the 1st Quarter Joint Council Meeting of Local Special Bodies held on March 31, 2026, at the Municipal Conference Hall, reaffirming its commitment to integrated planning and effective local governance.

Through the efforts of the Office of the Municipal Planning and Development Office headed by King Owen S. Amad MPDC , the 2026–2028 Local Development Investment Plan (LDIP) is presented with the support of our Municipal Mayor Mohajeran K. Balayman, JD, MPA, for the continued progress of the municipality.

The Local Government Unit of Pandag actively participated in the Provincial Convening of BARMM Local Government Units under the BRIDGE 3 Project, held on February 3–5, 2026, represented by our Municipal Planning Coordinator, King Owen S. Amad, JD.
This activity strengthens collaboration, leadership, and good governance across the Bangsamoro.
