The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Panayakan proudly announces the results of the Special Election conducted to fill the three vacant SK Member positions.

𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 28, 2025 — The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Panayakan held its 2𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙆𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙥𝙪𝙣𝙖𝙣 𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙖𝙣 (𝙆𝙆) 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙡𝙮.

The event highlighted the 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝘼𝙙𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙎𝙆 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙆𝙖𝙮𝙚 𝙂. 𝘽𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙟𝙚𝙧𝙙𝙤, which reported the accomplishments of the council and its members, as well as the programs, projects, and activities implemented from July to December 2025.

Transparency was also emphasized through the presentation of the financial transactions of SK Panayakan and other budget-related activities, presented by 𝙎𝙆 𝙏𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙧 𝙍𝙤𝙭𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚 𝙋. 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙤.
