To my fellow Sangguniang Kabataan officials, youth constituents of Barangay Dapco, and esteemed members of our community,

With a mix of gratitude and heavy heart, I formally announce my resignation as SK Chairperson of Barangay Dapco, effective immediately. This decision comes as I embark on a new chapter through my employment at the Regional Training Center – Korea-Philippines Vocational Training Center, a professional opportunity that calls for my full commitment and presence.

Serving our youth and community has been one of the most meaningful journeys of my life. Together, we turned ideas into action—nurturing leadership, empowering young voices, and building initiatives that reflected our shared hopes for a better Barangay Dapco. Every project, consultation, and outreach reminded me of the boundless potential of our generation and the importance of genuine public service.

While I step down from this role, my commitment to serve and uplift the youth does not end here. I carry with me the lessons, friendships, and spirit of volunteerism that our SK family has cultivated. I am deeply thankful to my fellow SK officials, our barangay leaders, mentors, and every young person who believed in our vision and took part in our programs.

May this transition open new doors for greater youth leadership and fresh energy to continue what we have started. I trust that the council will uphold the same dedication, transparency, and heart that have guided our journey together.

In celebration of Love Month, Panabo City Youth Development Office is proud to hold a special Feb-IBIG contest dedicated to the youth. This activity aims to highlight the many forms of love while giving young people a platform to express their creativity, talents, and emotions. Through this special contest, we encourage the youth to spread positivity, strengthen meaningful connections, and celebrate love in ways that inspire unity, respect, and hope among everyone.
