‎ALL MINORS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD
‎are reminded not to loiter or stay outside during the hours of:
‎🕙 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM
‎
‎Those who are found guilty of violation of this ordinance shall be penalized as follows:
‎
> First Offense - the violator should be reprimanded and the parent/guardian shall undergo seminar to be undertaken by the City Social Welfare and Development Office
‎> Second Offense- fine of two hundred pesos (P200) and community work for 2 hours
‎> Third Offense- fine of four hundred pesos (P400) and community work for 4 hours
‎> Fourth and subsequent offenses- fine of five hundred pesos (P500) and community work for 8 hours
