On ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐, the Northlink Supreme Secondary Learner Government convened its Eleventh Parliamentary Meeting from ๐:๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐:๐๐ ๐๐ at ๐๐ ๐๐๐ณ๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ.
SSLG President ๐๐๐ฏ๐ข ๐. ๐๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ก๐จ๐ง led the meeting and its agenda discussions. During the opening portion, SSLG Vice President ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ง ๐. ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ briefly facilitated the proceedings while President Pangantihon delivered his opening message, outlining the purpose, expectations, and direction of the meeting. President Pangantihon then continued leading the agenda proper.
The meeting also served as a pilot implementation of a more standardized parliamentary meeting flow, allowing officers to practice proper motions, clarification, deliberation, participation, and responsible decision-making.

The council discussed the proposed Temporary Presiding Officer concept, including its purpose, qualifications, limitations, neutrality, conflict-of-interest safeguards, selection process, and proper authorization.
It was clarified that the proposal would not create another permanent position or replace the President or Vice President. Any future implementation would remain subject to proper review, guidance, and approval.

The council reviewed the operating procedures and responsibilities for the SSLG Printing Services, including printing requests, file and print-setting checks, transaction and payment recording, student privacy, supplies, available devices, duty scheduling, cash accountability, and proper turnover.
The discussion emphasized shared knowledge and responsibility so that the service would not depend on only one officer.

The council coordinated the SSLGโs remaining preparations for the August 27 Buwan ng Wika activities, including the responsibilities of the SSLG Craft and Design Club in assisting with the Annex Gym decoration, coordinating with Sir Jay, and preparing the assigned materials.

The council also discussed preparations for the ๐๐ฐ๐๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ on August 24, updates on the proposed ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ซ๐จ๐จ๐ฆ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐๐ค and Buwan ng Wika preparations, the proper use of the NTC Admission Slip for tardiness and NTick verification, and the importance of mindfulness, confidentiality, fairness, character, and responsibility among SSLG officers.
Beyond the agenda, the meeting strengthened how officers communicated, raised concerns, listened to different perspectives, participated in deliberations, and accepted responsibility for the decisions and assignments of the body.
