The Panabo City Economic Development and Investment Promotion Office conducted a Special Meeting of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise Development (MSMED) Council, led by Local Economic Development and Investment Promotion Officer Michael Angelo A. Resueรฑo. The meeting was held on May 25, 2026, at the Executive Secretary Conference Room, 3rd Floor, City Hall Building, Panabo City.
The meeting focused on key agenda, including the presentation of the MSME Development Plan 2026โ2030, which outlines future initiatives for local entrepreneurs. It also tackled preparations for MSME Week in July 2026, with planned activities such as business fairs, skills training sessions, and other programs to support and empower local MSMEs. Further, the Department in Trade and Industry personnel discussed the Provincial MSME Development Week Celebration.
The Secretariat also introduced its new MSMED Council logo, symbolizing a renewed and stronger identity. In addition, updates to the Executive Order (EO) were tackled to include additional members, ensuring wider representation and stronger multi-sectoral participation.
The meeting reaffirmed the City Governmentโs commitment to strengthening the programs, activities, and supporting local economic growth for the MSMEs in Panabo City.
